A GREATER DIMENSION MINISTRIES
Reverend Eric W. Carr Jr., Founder
Reverend Eric W. Carr Jr. is currently the senior pastor at Wharton-Wesley United Methodist Church in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, is a member of the Eastern Pennsylvania Conference of the United Methodist Church's Council on Young Adult Ministries, Founder or the Philadelphia United Methodist Mass Choir, and serves as a Chaplain with the Philadelphia Police Department. He is married to Andrea Carr and has two children.

Reverend Carr had begun to clearly see God bringing the puzzle of his life together. God had begun to reveal why certain events had to happen at various times in life and how it all works together to make him complete in God for His purpose. Seasons in life that he wish he could’ve stayed in or wish he hadn’t been in, God started revealing the purpose for it and how it will be used to His glory to minister to someone else. Seeing this pricked Reverend Carr’s heart and stirred up a fire of confirmation that he is called out from among them to a life dedicated to ministry.

One of Reverend Carr’s greatest desires and the foundation of ‘A Greater Dimension Ministries,’ is to form a connectional network of ministerial and Christian based resources that help people, specifically youth and young adults, see God more clearer and  be able to recognize ways to worship God in everyday living. The ministry is purposed to eliminate  barriers and hindrances that keep generations from engaging in a connectional partnership and Worship experience as well as help youth and young adults to develop well rounded dimensions to come full circle in faith honoring and glorifying God in ALL things.

Revered Carr holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration Management from Peirce College, a Certificate of Completion from Molding Disciples Institute of Biblical Studies and is currently a student at the Palmer Theological Seminary of Eastern University working towards a  Master of Divinity  degree. Reverend Carr’s heart felt statement is ‘only what you do for Christ will last’ and his anchor scripture has been Proverbs 3:5-6 ‘trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge Him, and He SHALL direct thy paths.’

To God be the Glory!
